Seeking qualified applicants with 5+ years of CAD experience specific to drafting survey plats and subdivision plats. Previous field survey experience also an asset. The successful candidate has AutoCAD proficiency in road plan and profile, subdivision layouts, generation of stakeout points for construction staking, and survey plats. Other key criteria includes: proven ability managing multiple projects, enjoys working directly with clients and public agencies, and outstanding interpersonal and team skills. We currently run AutoCAD 2007.
