Richard (Rick) Weaver, P.E., President, is responsible for managerial oversight all of Del-Mont's engineering activities.  He has been with Del-Mont since 1988.  He has over 33 years of design and management experience on engineering projects covering design for federal, municipal, and private sector projects.  His dedicated involvement in the consistent planning and execution of in-house design quality control ensures the highest quality product for our clients.

Ronald (Ron) Barrett, L.S., Vice President, has been with Del-Mont since 1989 and has over 35 years of surveying experience. He is responsible for surveying services and directly oversees field survey operations.
